Public Meeting Details

We are looking forward to our public shareholder meeting on February 20, 2024 at Calvary Harvest Fields located at 150 Harvest Fields Drive, Boalsburg, PA 16827. See below for additional information.

Agenda:

• 4:30 - 5:30PM - RTA, local clubs, trail groups, and event promoters that utilize Rothrock State Forest will be setup in the lobby to provide information

• 5:30 - 7:00PM - invited speakers will present background on outdoor recreation in Pennsylvania, the trail assessment, and of course, RTA and the plans that lie ahead. Approximately 30 minutes will be reserved for public Q&A.

  • Speakers include:

  • Dr. Nathan Reigner - Director of the Office of Outdoor Recreation, PA DCNR

  • Jason Albright - Assistant Director, State Forest Operations, PA DCNR

  • Mark Potter - District Forester, Rothrock State Forest

  • Dr. Jeremy Wimpey - Principal, Applied Trails Research

  • Jay Ziegler - RTA Chairperson

• 7:00 - 8:00PM - RTA board members will be available for additional questions and the lobby will remain open with information tables

Light refreshments will be provided throughout the evening.
