Are you looking to unload some of your unused summer sports gear or need some new equipment for the upcoming season? Tussey Mountain will be holding the first-ever summer gear swap on April 12 - 13. Proceeds will benefit the Rothrock Trail Alliance mission and support future trail projects.

Local outdoor recreation businesses will offer special deals on new equipment and gear, and community members can drop off new or used items to be sold on consignment. The event is free to the public and will feature food trucks, games, a bar, and information tables from local organizations.

Interested in selling some of your gear? Here’s how it works:

  1. Tussey Mountain will accept items for sale from 9 am-8 pm on Thursday, April 10 and Friday, April 11.

  2. Tussey Mountain will not be responsible for pricing - come prepared with a price for your items.

  3. If an item sells, Tussey Mountain will retain 30% of the sale and you will receive 70%. (RTA will receive a portion of Tussey Mountain’s proceeds.)

  4. Checks will be paid out and unsold items must be picked up after the sale.

Tussey Mountain is a key gateway to Rothrock State Forest and we can’t thank them enough for supporting our mission with this great event.
